The Apostle Paul makes it clear there is no distinction in equality or authority … in Christ.  Jew or Gentile, male or female … we have the same spirit, the same authority, the same calling and responsibility.  At CCI we embrace this view and empower both men and women to be the leaders that God has called them to be in our community of faith.
